Space Cartoon: BRL Three Sisters
After a 4 month pause I've returned to finally a post an update for the new year!
Mind you, I've been working on the cartoon throughout this time. So the next chapter
I'm unveiling in my story took a lot of time, research and troubleshooting to get off the ground again.
So here we have the first 3 characters that are meant to represent the Brasilia location I had previously teased last year. Dressed in fancy military uniforms these trio of girls are all blood related! Yes, they are all twin sisters born of
the same age. Their heritage is a mix of both Brazilian and Angolan parents. They too will show up in the cartoon later and they all play a very important role as well.
Based on the last slide I've included these characters were all planned since at least 2023! And the the same
core ideas remained consistent throughout each development! Even though these are all 2D paintings, the cartoon's final look is actually meant to take place inside 3D modelling. So over the years I had to constantly update the designs and make changes that I believe would translate over to 3D well. And that's where the bulk of these pauses in between posts kept coming from. But I'm getting the hang of it and I have enough references to help guide me closer to this target. Expect my next updates to actually have more 3D models again! See ya!
