Chloe as Dorothy Collection

Someone on a forum I frequent gave the suggestion of having Chloe cosplay as Dorothy from The Wizard of Oz, with her Yamper acting as Toto. I thought it was an excellent idea, and I went to work.

The main thing I wanted to include was a plaid dress, and I got plenty of interpretations of that. While the apron makes this seem more like an Alice cosplay at first, there are actually a couple different anime versions of Oz where Dorothy is seen with it. Heck, the movie from 1982 or so has her looking more like an Alice, complete with blonde hair.
