Holoctober 27: Y2K Fubuki

I'm back, for now. I'm going to finish Holoctober quickly, so that i can get to my art-training arc as soon as i can. Hopefully, with some proper experience tracing real art, i can make proper art myself when it's done (because i might have never traced a single artwork in my entire life and it shows).
