舞妓初音ミクと清凉寺 (嵯峨釈迦堂)

Hatsune Miku, dressed in a graceful maiko kimono, stands before the main hall of Seiryo-ji Temple in Saga-Arashiyama, Kyoto.
Known also as "Saga Shaka-do," this historic temple was founded in 985 to enshrine a strikingly realistic statue of the historical Buddha, brought from China during the Song dynasty.

Set within spacious temple grounds and surrounded by soft mountain air, the temple is renowned for its irimo-ya roof, ornate wooden carvings, and spiritual calm.
On special occasions in April and October, sacred Nenbutsu Kyogen plays are performed in silent tribute, drawing visitors from across Japan.

A quiet moment with Miku, where time slows and Kyoto's centuries-old serenity embraces the present.
