Zuru karo ga cha!

"Zuru karo ga cha!” is a dialect from North Kyushu, located in western Japan.
It means “It's you know not fair!".
"Zuru” means ‘not fair’ and ‘karo’ means ”you know".
In other words, “zuru karo” means “you know not fair.
"ga” is a particle in Japanese.
"cha” is a word similar to ‘It's.’ So ‘zuru karo ga’ means ”you know not fair.
"Zuru karo ga cha!” translates as ”It's you know not fair! but in reality, it is more like “Not fair! You cheated!!".

This phrase was uttered by Japanese Youtuber “Shinjiro Yoshida” during gameplay.
But the “cha” part sounds cute to some Japanese speakers, giving Shinjiro Yoshida's supposedly horrible gameplay of ranting and raging an impression that is hard to hate.
