エルムちゃん 🌿 忘れられた森の娘

エルムちゃんは、古い墓地のそばに佇む大樹の精霊です。
枯れた枝と風に揺れる葉をまとい、死と別れの象徴として語られることが多い彼女ですが、
本当は誰よりも優しく、静かに人の悲しみを受け止める存在です。

人々は、彼女が現れると「不吉なことが起こる」と恐れます。
エルムの木の大枝が突然落ちて命を奪うこと、
墓地のそばに立つその姿が「死を招く」と誤解されたことから、
彼女は長い間、「死を運ぶ者」として忌み嫌われてきました。

けれど、真実は違います。
エルムちゃんは、誰にも見えぬ場所で涙を流し、
失われた命にそっと花を捧げる、優しい精霊です。
彼女の手首に巻かれた枯れた花のブレスレットは、
これまで出会った命への祈りの証。

ふわふわの髪と小さな鳥を乗せた指先、
その姿はどこか儚く、美しい。
エルムちゃんは、ただ「覚えていてほしい」のです。
死が訪れた場所に、愛もまた咲いていたことを。

Elm-chan is a quiet spirit who lingers near old graveyards,
draped in worn leaves and branches long since withered.
Though many speak of her as a symbol of death and sorrow,
she is, in truth, the gentlest soul, one who listens to grief in silence.

People fear her, whispering that misfortune follows wherever she appears.
They remember the falling limbs of elm trees, heavy enough to end lives,
and they see her standing near graves, mistaking her for a herald of death.
Because of this, Elm-chan has long been shunned,
branded as a bringer of ill fate.

But the truth is far softer.

She weeps where no one sees,
quietly offering flowers to lives that have slipped away.
The wilted flower bracelet wrapped around her wrist
is not a curse — it’s a prayer.
A small memorial for every soul she’s ever met.

Elm-chan doesn't seek worship, or forgiveness.

She just wants to be remembered.

That even where death took root,
love once bloomed.
