My first ever chibi OC, drawn as a mascot for my new Skype group, Happy Party Time! ^o^ I'm still happy with how she turned out. ^^
Done entirely in GIMP 2.8, with 21 layers and a lot of love. Sprinkles is an original character, but you can still draw her if you like, just give credit. ^o^
