This is Haku from Naruto
This pic didn't come up to my expectation :( i know there are many mistakes in this pic, like Haku's arm is too long and not natural, his face is emotionless, his hair's highlight is not enough. The only thing i like about this pic is Haku's hand, but my coloring skil is too poor :(
SO, i tried to invest more into the background and those "bubbles". Hopefully they will save the pic a bit :(
