Flap Woman

Based off a Harpy's design, she was built to rescue people who have some sky diving mishaps. By flapping her wings, she's able to produce gusts of wind, also able to fire her feathers like blades. Her talons are meant for grabbing, but its also capable of penetrating thick metal.
