Atir's on a journey to cure his sister's rare illness but... his sister doesn't actually have an illness. Rita(his sister) and her friend thought of tricking him that Rita has a rare illness and that there was only one cure. Gullible as he is, Atir secretly went out and decided to travel the world to search for the cure and he has no idea where he is going. And since they have no cellphones to contact him that they were joking, they weren't able to stop him from leaving.
