I drew this in school today!! The chains took forever to ink over!! I used Sakura Pigma Pens (0.3 and 0.1) to ink this. And I used a regular pencil to draw the outline. I hope you enjoy him!!

He's the student body Vice President of his school Kozomaki Academy which is a private all-boy's academy. He's a but of a rebel. He like to get his boy pierced (he has several of them). And he's also very creative and if you're on his good side he's very nice! He hates to lose to anything or anybody.
