I never really got appreciate her idol outfit until I found some piece of art from Ben Bates that had that very catchy aspect of her former self. This piece is completely inspired by that. I always picture Macross shows when thinking about her idol form.

Flowing hair, daring midriff and sparkling smile. That's what Mina should have been all about.
