... "Nine millimeters"? 9~ millimeters... Interesting~. (￣ω￣;)
And it's the my "Fractal Magic" once again, an embodiment of the "Wave Sign "Red-Eyed Hypnosis (Mind Shaker)"/波符「赤眼催眠(マインドシェイカー)」SpellCard~. As it seems to me, Reisen splits herself (Literally, even the flesh) in two parts, creating the third one, which actually is the "Eyes of Madness".
The background and Udongein were drawn separately, therefore both are attached to this post.
