Because of her fighting skills, she was noticed by the owner of a martial arts dojo, and he adopted her as her daughter and disciple.

However, one fated day, tragedy struck. Agents of Leblanc Corporation kidnapped several people in Rachelle's neighborhood, and his adoptive father was one of the victims. This tragedy awakened her psychic power: the control of fire.

With her newfound powers and her martial arts skills, Rachelle set out to save her foster father as well as her friends. Despite the losses, she was able to avenge them and destroy the abductors.

A year later, Rachelle was recruited by the "International Defense Force" (IDF) as one of the six "Crystal Knights".
