Bobby Loud (zombie survival au)

Some folks on /tlvg/ have been messing around with a zombie survival AU, so here’s what I came up with for zombieverse Bobby Jr. He got separated from the others early on in the outbreak and was presumed to have perished in a fire. He survived, albeit with permanent scars both physical and emotional. By the time he reunited with the group months later he had completely lost touch with reality.

Now referring to himself as ‘Second Officer’ Robert Loud, Bobby believes he is stranded on a hostile alien planet and must find a way to make contact with the ‘mothership’. He is inherently distrustful and even hostile towards anyone he meets, unless they are willing to play along with his delusions. He only implicitly trusts ‘First Officer’ Loan, ‘Chief Engineer’ Lemy and ‘ensign’ Lizy. He believes that ‘acting captain’ Lyra is a reptilian spy and will not take orders from her, only Loan.

Despite his fragile mental state, Bobby is crafty and resourceful, and was able to survive on his own for some time before being rescued. His ray gun is actually a plastic toy shell fixed over a very real handgun, and he will not hesitate to shoot if he feels threatened.
