Pixiv Creative Idea for July 11: swimwear. Here is a boy modeling the kind of swimwear that was in fashion in the 1910s. This looks a little like today's style of trunks and T-shirt, but was actually a single costume, and you got into the water with everything on. (Shirtless swimming didn't become fashionable until the 1930s.) Also, it was made of wool or jersey, neither of which are very comfortable when they get wet. Men very often swam nude in places that allowed it, but by this time a lot of communities were frowning on the practice.
