Eldegoss Evoution

I saw the recent Pokemon Direct for Pokemon Sword and Shield and I fell in love with Eldegoss, so I made a fan-made evolution for it.

Pokedex Entry: This Pokemon is famous in the Galar region for spreading it's cotton balls from its bag to spread plant life in the region. Just don't mess with its afro, it doesn't like that.
