Viscardo

(The following monologue is spoken by Odin)

Today, let me tell you more about this industrial city of mine, Viscardo.

But first, let me tell you how I become the “chief” of this city.
As I received the human female body by that so-called spiritualization, I started to panic, and lose control for a moment because I have not even the slightest idea to do next.
Then, this “blue crow” just came by and give me a purpose. For me, Raven is the first friend and the best friend I ever had.

“Purpose. Start with taking down a city first. Then start a map, a map of ‘New World’.” said Raven, as she pointed at the colorless and ruin-like skyline toward the horizon. And that crowded skyline belongs to an industrial city called Viscardo.

“Well then, let’s take down the city in front of us first,” I yelled, and instead of thinking about the why I started to consider the "how" part.
“Affirmative. Odin.” Raven replied with a calm face just like an emotionless robot, I guess that is because she’s spiritualized from an AI computer instead of a human operator.

Then, as planned, we stormed Viscardo and successfully took down the city within one day, and it has to thank to my best gisou.

Speaking of gisou, I feel like I don’t have so much chance to use it now. The things I am doing right now are all like giving orders and tell people to do that and do this. Well, as the leader of Viscardo, I think you can get the picture.
After they all recognized me as their leader, they decided to call me “chief” to refer me to some aboriginal person who usually deals with thing with one’s bare hands.
And to be honest, I don’t dislike it at all, because it is the title I earn, not somebody just give it to me.

Something is interesting about this slum city that I can tell. Viscardo has no leader before I move into it, and the fact is that Viscardo, the place filled with factories, is not designed for people to live. People decided to live here only for escaping from the deadly expansion of Zerg's Shelter. They were struggling to survive back then.

I also heard that Viscardo used to help Zerg’s Shelter building their weaponry system, to help Abyssals cope with their Zergish mutation.
Well, since Raven just asked around the people live in Viscardo, so it would be hard to prove it.

So far, Viscardo gets its chance to rise and to conduct urban renewal because of critical curry refinery technology.
Now, as the electricity is getting easier to access, computers along with other electrical devices are back to the game, offering another golden opportunity to bring Viscardo to an immovable position.

The improvement, is now.
