Mermaid in a Jar

Some non-fanart for the end of the year! The concept isn't original, but I still had a lot of fun with it. It took me MONTHS mostly because I really liked where this piece was going and I was worried I'd hate the end result. I'm glad I finished it though. ^^

Next year, as with every year, I hope to challenge myself in art and take more risks. And maybe care less about what people might want to see and just draw whatever the eff I want.
