Articulated Tracks Tank Concept

Single-seater vehicle based on a TheMightyJoe's design concept which I sorta enhanced the features a bit. Tip-toes on walker mode for stealth (engines off or in silent running) and on some terrains like jungles... Color Scheme kinda reminds me of the Tachikoma from GitS: Stand Alone Complex.

Shouldn't have done the light effects though... -_-
