"Bli Blove Blou!"

Another requested drawing from me, this time for Plutalian of DeviantArt.

It's his dolphin Rollie, a character he created while he and friends were playing Dungeons & Dragons.
He likes to create pictures with the sparkles in his water bubble, roll around on the floor at random moments, and sometimes wear bowties. His major power is charging up for a "Ree" which blasts at random moments. You can tell his "Ree" is fully charged when he turns rainbow.
