Leadership is a difficult and nuance skilled, so it goes without saying that being a commander is no small matter. Though T-Dolls may be nothing more then machines governed by AI, they behave surprisingly a lot like people.

You could go a step further and say people are nothing more then machines governed by AI, but that's immaterial when you're just a Lance trying to fill a billet many leagues above your pay-grade.
