Lucia Konohana Caramelldansen

Another piece of work that marks the first for a lot of things. This is the first animation that I've made and the first time I've drawn in a chibi style (and of course it had to be Lucia). I decided to go for something simple, that being the old "Caramelldansen" meme from a while back.

I made this with the usual process of drawing it on a sketchbook and scanning it into my computer. I colored it with Corel PaintShop Pro (as well as made the background from scratch there) made an MP4 with Corel VideoStudio, and converted it into a GIF.

Admittedly, I got lazy through the process of making this. Instead of drawing six or seven different frames, I only drew three and mirrored them. there might also be some other oddities, such as the feet and eye shine positioning changing, but I'm style proud of what I've made, and I hope I can still improve.
