NCR Service Rifle (Fallout)

In the land of California torn apart by Nuclear War, there are a multitude of different weapons used by many different people. The one used by the New California Republic is a service rifle designed by the faction that makes up the government of New California during pre-war times. The rifle is a 5.56mm, light-weight, air-cooled, semi-automatic and gas-operated rifle, capable of firing from 1,995-2,995 rounds from full condition before breaking. That is depending on the type of reciever, but aside from this, it's conventional layout is excellent in terms of ergonomics, as well as accuracy and even capable of simple cleaning due to it's wood and metal construction. The weapon also fires from a 20 round magazine. Behind the scenes, the rifle is heavily based around the AR-15/M-16 platform with wooden furniture rather than composite materials.
