PMD The Skyhunter Leaders

Leaders of the 6 great Flocks of the Pokemon World, they had mobilized hundreds of thousands of their fleet to build gigantic cages to nullify the power of Shadow Lugia when she was turned by Necrozma. However, one of their own, Janu the Corviknight, turned on the other Flock leaders after being mocked for being 'imperfect' due to his dual-type as a Totem Governor. He then annihilated April the Farfetch'd's flock with the help of his Honchkrow/Fearow flock and Shadow Lugia, and now plans to take out the other leaders to command a unlimited army of flying shadow pokemon to take over the island from above.
