The Green Tornado

Shiro has the Wind Shard, granting the user the ability to bend the winds as they see fit.
She basically has most of the moves that Aang from Avatar: The Last Airbender would have, along side with Red Tornado.
Shiro is a fully realized Shard user, able to transform herself into the element and using it's power to it's fullest extent.
And yes, she can make the Rasengan from Naruto.
...........................And also yes, she usually hits Joker with it.
