古郡端溪绿瓦，崧台书画，丽谯楼尽风华：Exactly. It means The historic city Duanzhou with a mansion with green tile roof. Painting and calligraphy in Songtai Academy. On the Liqiao tower seen the panoramic of the city.
The city named Zhaoqing for thousands of years. Songtai Academy is beside the West River. And the Mansion with green roof, Named Xi（翕） mansion. Also mean together, combine.
