"An elf-like alien who studies and reports on conflicts across the multiverse for the mysterious Centre. After his most recent subjects under observation caused a war that collapsed their entire dimension, he's been put on mandatory vacation from his day job on a quiet, pale blue dot of a planet orbiting a G-type star. Well, it was supposed to be quiet…maybe it was 10,000 years ago…"
