there are two types of save stars one is yellow with is the normal one and whose placement cant be changed
and the light blue one is one you can take with ya (like wearing and such)

normally you can't combine them with souls as they have so much magic it shatters souls
normally

the angel race had an experiment at some point with lizkana and succeded at combining her soul and a blue save star giving her some related ability to it
but she never could fully use it as her determination was too low

ravyn is lizkanas reincarnation and they share the same soul so ravyn can use the save star and ravyn has enough determination to fully use it

the picture depicts ravyn facing the angel goodness who was lizkanas mom confronting her with it and pretty much assuming he's just an experiment to her because she did an experiment that could have killed her own child without thinking

he has that angel race eye star due to the save star in the first place

this also sometimes causes his eye star and horn to become light blue when using or pulling magic from the save star
