My style has changed dramatically since then- it’s funny as some of my arts on here were from 2018 but a little earlier on in the year. My late 2018 style was such a strange change, the eyes were really small- oddly my early 2018 style looks more like it matches the progression of my current style than that later one wwww

I hope you guys enjoy my oc art as much as my fanart- this character is called Miyo- she is from a webnovel I started writing when I was a little younger- unfortunately you cannot read the book anymore since I took it down for the time being until I have the confidence to rewrite properly. It was a magical girl story mixed with shinto elements- however I’ve decided I’d like to study more on shintoism and Japanese folklore and history before I continue making it. Outside of anime and manga, I’ve always had an interest in these elements of Japan. Shintoism shares some characteristics with paganism which came from my country, so I’ve always been drawn to it. But being a westerner I don’t want to get anything wrong. It’d be nice to visit Japan one day and really get some first hand research experience rather than just what I know from online and media ;w; One day though!
