late Birthday gift for :iconlight-sensei:. Party I know your Birthday was yesterday, but I had so full day, and thanks to archery training could begin this piece not until 9 p.m. And then I kind of sketched it over midnight until my mother noticed I still was drawing and shooed me away to sleep. XD And today I had to continue it. It's still rather quick (5 hours), but I hope you like it, anyhow. I've no idea what the background's supposed to be, was kind of at loss with ideas.

I chose Lucina for several reasons:first, she's such a lovely girl I think she should smile more often, given her tragic past... er future. She has blue hair (I love all characters with blue hair, okay! XD). I was also inspired by you as you chose to use your Lucina cosplay as your avatar. It was when I wasn't into Fire Emblem, but I think that's one thing that got me interested in this character. Just the folds to the cape, the stance, wig... I cannot help but to love that! :D So because of all that and it was your Birthday I thought I could at least once brighten up your day and draw something for you for the wonderful person as you are! :) You inspire me, I don't know how you do it, but you do. ^^

So here have Lucina, dunno, probably teasing Chrom for not recognising his own daughter. Kind of spoilery, I know, can't help it. XD
I first coloured her cape red, only then looking at the ref noticed it's red only on inside, but I kind of liked that contrast to all the blue, so that's where those red remnants come from. Though I blended in some purple as well. As much as I love the mask, it's not the easiest thing to draw, still I gave it a try. :3
