Kinako (Painted Figure)

A figure of Kinako, the cat girl character created by 40原 based on their actual cat named Kinako. She's was to adorable for me not to make a figure of for my shelf. The figure's pose and other features are based on the illustration of My Cat Is A Kawaii Girl volume 2's cover art and printed as is stands just over 3 inches tall, and is roughly 1/8th scale.

Painting her I wanted to try and do more complex hair color and shading but I didn't have all the colors I needed and struggled to get shades right. But overall I think she turned out pretty good and I think with practice I could def nail more complex shading on these figures.

Model made using Blender 3.0 and test printed before upload using a Anycubic Photon Mono. Painted by myself using Citadel and Army Painter paints
