Kirill was part of the vspyshka project in its beginnings, this project consisted of the military-technological development of teleportation in the combat area. The project had material containment issues when it came to dematerializing the subject at the speed of light for teleportation, causing subjects to lose blood during the act. Kirill managed to escape from the Karmish Elite with his nervous system modified with the vspyshka, which had some optimization issues. He currently roams Central Europe in search of well-paid bounties.
