Someone new joins the team

Context: I wanted to join two, possibly somewhat obscure characters, into a silly joke sketch. In this Fred goes undercover to infiltrate the RX Organization and General Black let's him on the idea he could be a good asset. Plus he's a "monster" so more power to them. He eventually finds out they are nothing but hot air and nobody gets hurt. Except for maybe Fred's pride.
