THE ATF BRAVO team leader

The leader of the ATF(airsoft task forces) Bravo team.He uses a sniper rifle which is able to shoot a lase beam which changes the fate of the target to a horible death.Once the target has been shot by the beam, accidental death rates will go to 100%(such as if the target rides a motorcycle,the motorcycle will explode due to an engine
failure accured by the sniper's fate effect.)If the target survives the accident then a more deadly accident will accure until it dies.This effect cant be escaped and it will keep happening until the target is dead.The sniper can also take normal ammunition and act a normal weapon just with a lot stronger fire power.The character also uses a pistol as a secondary fire arm for close range fighting.
He apearance is a little questionable you may ask?
Well mose characters from my manga wear masks to hide their faces but (cant you just wear a full face helmet?
Well there is no need since he can ran at high speeds (speed of light) and teleport at close distances about
1 to 3 km/ 1 to 2 miles
aha yes he is op and trust me he needs this power since he lives in a dark world full of dark users and vilians
