[C] Rainstorm Confession

Another commission! Based off a scene in a campaign for Pragmaticstarburst (on Discord)! The background on this one was SUPER fun to do :) and I got quite a bit experimental with it. I used stuff I used in my art classes in college. Not gonna lie, rain effects and wet fabric effects are a bit difficult, but I managed to pull it off well enough, I think!
