Trying to design this and another scrapped artwork, put me in a really bad slump. As you can probably guess, this design is based on Gundam’s Kampfer. However, I wanted to also put elements of another mech, the Alteisen from Super Robot Wars, and it’s shoulders. But trying to blend them naturally proved to be difficult and took a lot revisions before deciding to scrap the idea. Instead, I decided that rocket pods mounted on the back and legs. Finally, for the third ascension, I had the cape attached to modified rocket pod and applied battle damage in some areas.

I finished this design around late March. But after this disaster, I have decided to not yet post this until I have finished more mech designs and other works so that I can hopefully post more stably on a weekly basis.
