Etily Ann Locke

One of many. An enigmatic, cruel entity from beyond the reaches of the multiverse. At the heart of every tragedy, she is one of the usual spectators. Though the worlds she's birthed have yet to manifest, her influence all but guarantees that a disaster will befall their inhabitants sooner or later.

She's a character that's in a similar vein to Featherine Augustus Aurora as far as abilities go, but was mostly the result of thinking about Megaman games (mostly battle network). I thought it'd be fun to do some sprites in a few Megaman styles too, so those are in there.

They are Megaman Battle Network 4 (Normal, SP, DS), Megaman X4, and Megaman Zero styled.
