以前「ノんクリ」「ノット・クリエイター」としてAIイラスト投稿していました。
写実的なAIイラスト投稿してしまってアカウント凍結されてしまっています。大変申し訳ございませんでした。
間違いなく私の過失によるもので、アカウント作り直す気は無かったのですが……nijijourneyV6が良過ぎるので再び作り直してアップしていこうかと思っています。
今後は気をつけます。よろしくお願いします。
私はAIイラストでお金を稼ぎません。
私のAIイラストをゲームや動画などに使用することは許可しません。

My account has been frozen because I posted a photorealistic AI illustration. We are very sorry.
It was definitely my fault, and I didn't want to create an account again... but nijijourneyV6 is so good that I'm thinking of creating it again and uploading it again.
I'll be careful in the future. thank you.
I don't make money with AI illustrations.
I do not allow my AI illustrations to be used in games, videos, etc.

私がアップしたAIイラストの使用は禁止です。
使用を禁止しているのは下記の理由です。
私がアップするイラストは全て、許可を得て生成されたAIイラストではありません。
AIイラストは、他人の作品を学習して生成されたイラストであり、私にはそれらのイラストの使用を許可する権限はありません。
他人が描いたイラストを、私が勝手にその人に無断で「使っていいよ」などと言う道理は無い、ということです。
私にあるのは、2024年時点での現行法上、非営利目的に限りこれらのイラストを生成してアップする自由と、その行為によって発生する責任のみです。
私はリクエストを受け付けておりません。
あなたが私のアップしたイラストを使用したいと思ったのであれば、あなたが自分でmidjourney/nijijourneyに登録し、自分の責任と権利で生成してください。
プロンプトは(可能であれば)教えます。

The reasons for prohibiting use are as follows:
All the illustrations I upload are not AI-generated illustrations that have been created with permission.
AI illustrations are generated by learning from other people's works, and I do not have the authority to allow the use of these illustrations.
It is not reasonable for me to say "you can use it" without the consent of the person who created the original illustration.
What I have under the current law as of 2024 is the freedom to generate and upload these illustrations for non-commercial purposes and the responsibility that arises from doing so.
If you want to use the illustrations I uploaded, you should register with MidJourney/Nijijourney yourself and generate them under your own responsibility and rights.
I will provide the prompts if possible.
