Yurika Tsukimiya/Riser Hebe pt.1

Yurika Tsukimiya is a 2nd-year high-school student at Toyama High School and works as a Manga Club member. She dreams of becoming a professional manga artist. Aside from manga artist, she is also into singing. She is attracted to Saaya (Riser Aphrodite).

Her awakening as an Ultrariser came after a monster attack in which same accident as other friends which she tries to save citizens from Hades Army in which the Ultrapower of Youth indwelled her and created a similar barrier that protected her. And she was given Hebe's TimeWatcher Morph as a result. Using the Hebe's TimeWatcher Morph, Yurika transforms into Riser Hebe, the Ultrariser formed by combination with 'Wisdom' in his body and uses its power. His purple shade-colored suit's design is based on the Goddess Greek Hebe with her helmet and wings having the Butterfly Motif. Hebe's Ultrapower harnesses Magic energy and specializes in ranged combat. Riser Hebe's main weapon is the mecha shotgun-style "Hebe Slug 2.0" that works effectively in medium-to-long-range shooting. The weapon can also be changed into another form called the "Hebe Riffle 2.0" for longer-range precision shooting. As a shooting weapon, the Hebe Slug 2.0/Rifle 2.0 expedites energy for its shooting moves and requires a re-holstering of the weapon to replenish the energy within the weapon for prolonged combat. The "Hebe Slug 2.0" can be powered-up to become the "Hebe Blaster 2.0" which activates the mecha shotgun at the centre of the weapon as well as the Target Shot that locks onto the enemy, allowing Hebe to perform this form's finisher "Tapster Shot 2.0" that shoots out powerful blasting shot from all its mecha shotgun to pulverize her enemy, while another of Hebe's finisher "Stripling Blaze 2.0" can be performed with the "Hebe Rifle 2.0" mode.
