Hikari (Novel AI)

A few posts ago I was ready to do more Fort Lupa stuff then I got distracted by Schnee and Eridae. So let's go back again. Today we have Hikari, based of Himari from Blue Archive. Crazy word play as usual. Hikari is a Late Game character who will make her appearance after the players wake up from their ordeal with Ulysses at Fort Lupa, directly after the Belkan War event. The Late Game opener where Aurelia invades Leasath and officially claims Sova Island is where her involvement starts.

Aurelia gets to work immediately on building a bridge to their new northern neighbors in Osea, before the annexation is even complete. Queen Nirai personally leads an army directly to the Osean border to both inform them of their conquest of Leasath, and to make sure diplomatic talks go smoothly. It's agreed during this impromptu meeting between the Queen and some of the border guards who are desperately relaying information to and from the Osean government, that several diplomats from each side will set up embassies in their neighbors nations. While this is still going on, the Belkan War kicks off, and the players and Lupa Team are forced to leave Fort Lupa to attend to their various duties.

While they're gone, Hikari will arrive in Fort Lupa and be given an office to work out of. This comes in especially handy considering the Queen will be coming to the base during the Belkan War to assist Solg with the defense of the borders and coordinating the counter attack into Belka with her own special forces acting as advanced recon and guides for the coalition troops across the Hegemony.

With all the background out of the way we can get into Hikari. Keeping with her character from Blue Archive, Hikari's legs are paralyzed. I haven't come up with the lore reason for that yet. She's still early on in her journey. She can always be found in her unique Aurelian made wheelchair with her signature shawl always in arms reach. Most Aurelians tend to be straight laced and very well disciplined. Hikari joins Anmut in breaking that stereotype, having an almost lackadaisical attitude. This of course, is just a ruse to help get the people around her to let their guards down. Hikari is a diplomat first and foremost. An Aurelian on at that. What she may lack in physical ability, she more than makes up for with her mental acuity.

Hikari's role at Fort Lupa is two fold. One. To act in her intended purpose, which is being a direct link between Aurelia and Osea if needed. 2. To support the Queen during her frequent visits to Fort Lupa. Since the base is relatively secret and very well guarded by Osea, it's the perfect place for her to meet with Solg and other world leaders without the hassle of moving through a metropolis like Oured.

Like I said, Hikari is just starting her journey. I'm gonna work on her more in the future to fully prep her and flesh her out. So until then. Enjoy.
