Utlraman vs. Godzilla

Here is another piece I displayed at the Official Toho Godzilla Festival and Convention in Japantown San Francisco where many artists, fans, and merchandise vendors enjoyed three full days of Tokusatsu magic!
A lot of people came by my table and expressed their love for this piece. And some of them mentioned how they have waited for this battle to happen. I'm honored to have made some people smile and witness this battle. For this piece, I used acrylic on a small canvas board.

I'm about to make a giant canvas piece! Which other kaiju do you want to see in that canvas? I will try to put a lot of kaiju and make an epic showdown, with Nihon Tokusatsu kaiju of all sizes will crossover.

I also wanted to make a modern Van Gogh approach on the color schemes and fantasy perspective. I hope this piece can make you smile as much as I was when I was painting it.
