(VC) Noor

Noor is planned as a major character in my Vesperia Chronicles, so I have to draw her up in some capacity.

This is the standard uniform for Vesperia International, which Noor is a part of. She can come off as snobbish and short-tempered, but this is mostly attributed to rumors that she may not be holding onto her family business (construction) for long.

Since schools do not allow students to explore containment zones, you will only see Noor wear this during hangout events or on the streets. She wears a different outfit for actual business, but you have to wait.
