Meridian Busts (2025)
I know I did this before, but as things change, I feel I should update the lineup. Plus, I needed to look at something pleasurable after a real crappy day.
No filter needed since, well ... these are fictional characters and they are fully clothed, despite the gaze being focused away from their faces. "Meridian" refers to the continent of Meridia in my Orbian verse, which is kind of what you get when you merge Magvel (the setting for FE Sacred Stones) with an Al-Qadim motif from D&D The Forgotten Realms (itself drawn from The Arabian Nights).
Characters are presented from top to bottom, reflecting their geographic location on Meridia.
Sarina and Taraneh on the top row. Although urban centers are present across the Meridian continent, the northern realms of Sarkiye (Sarina's home, based on Ottoman Turkey) and Aparnistan (Taraneh's home, based on Safavid Persia) are the most associated with Meridia given their closer proximity to other continents.
Muna and Farhana in the middle row. The realms in the middle can be summed up as nomadic settlers that came in and became sedentary. These are "in the middle" cultures that still try to uphold their traditions from the past while trying to fit into modern times.
Rachida and Khadija in the bottom row. The southern realms of Meridia are more "mysterious" and a source of intrigue due to geographical distance. Very few people have actually traveled there due to mountainous terrain or a long boat ride, but there is a treasure trove of cultures and knowledge that awaits those who are willing to venture southwards of the continent.
That will be all for now, but in the meantime, enjoy the eye candy.
Characters and setting belong to me.
