Beretta 92 Vertec

The Beretta 92 is known to have many models and improvements, one of which comes in the form of the Beretta 92 Vertec. It was in 2002, that the company Beretta had an issue keeping up with the oversaturation of the law enforcement handgun market. The 92 Vertec came out as an answer to the issues of previous models, which were larger and much more bulkier. This model consists of several new changes, such as a 4.7 inch barrel, accessory rail, beveled magazine well to accommodate a quick reload and of course a dovetail cut in the front of the slide to allow the wielder to use other aftermarket target sights.

The pistol has made some appearances in film, books and TV. A movie in particular was XXX: State of the Union, as well as the manga Highschool of the Dead, wielded by Saeko Busujima. Like most of the 92, the weapon fires a 9mm round and has a magazine from 10-33 rounds.
