The Screaming Skull
The Screaming Skull, a combination of several concepts:
Bane: A oppressed prisoner in an oppressive Central American country who rose up to become the strongest there.
Ghost rider: The way he became the strongest is through a deal with a demon that gave him unholy power which he used to dethrone the government and take the country over.
Dr. Doom: He now rules said country with an iron fist as it's king. His goals usually clash with those of the majority of the world, especially the female hero, Silver Star.
