【English Commentary】
She was born to parents who married internationally. Although she grew up in her mother's home country, she transferred to Saiho Gakuen, which has a special mechanized course, because she admired mechanized laborers who were active in Japan. Later, after intense study, she became a mechanized student.
Before undergoing the mechanization surgery, she was unable to speak Japanese well enough to carry on daily conversations, but after the surgery, an automatic translation system installed in her body enabled her to speak fluent Japanese (however, her mouth movements and voice do not match).
She has a close friend in her mother's home country where she spent her childhood, and in order to send her scenes of Japan, she takes pictures of the school with a camera in her hand whenever she has time (however, the camera is set to automatically avoid taking pictures in places where photography is prohibited). The ribbon that holds up her side tail is the same design as the one she sent to her best friend when she first came to Japan. Even after being mechanized she still likes to wear it because she believes that "even though we are far away, our hearts are the same".

love her back!
Cool.
