Interests are made up of anime, gaming, wrestling mixed in with family life, gardening, cooking and making sure the dog is fed (joke she's treat better than us).
Mental health is serious and we'd all go a lot further by just asking how each other are, but for now find your passion and make that the reason to keep moving forward.
