Sirius and Red both micro dosing heart attacks by being too silent.

My inner debate consists of Felix trying to get Sirius to rest.
Morgan does not have venom but she can do some acupuncture and is familiar with the weak points of the body, so she could paralyze people if she so wanted, given the chance.
Not necessary this time as we prevailed in the end.

Stress makes many compulsions worse. Because by doing them, it feels like he will calm the thought(s) which should in turn calm him down, but it does not. So it becomes this cycle he gets carried away with.
In his case, the most harmful one is biting his hands/arms. Which, considering he has sharp teeth, would get really bad if it was not managed. And it went from only having bite marks visible for a few days to having open wounds on his hands/arms, if it got out of control.
The beaded necklace is the only thing Sirius kept from his childhood (possibly also parents before they were killed). He was not allowed to wear it during military but he kept it with him in some manner very often. The design makes it a good thing to play with in instances like these (Felix would most often count the beads in a manner you would use a rosary to pray, for instance), so he gave it to Felix to occupy him if that was possible in the moment. To calm him down at least a bit. He could not really have anything specifically made to be an alternative and help him so they did with what they had. Alternatively he would click or tap with pens or fidget with the identification tag (as shown) or similar.
There are many other behaviors he would engage in and alternatives for them, but this is just for this specific case I felt like I should explain a bit about.
This was a reoccurring thing they dealt with. They did not pay it too much attention as not to worsen it as well.

I like how Sirius gives him the one most valuable physical thing like it is nothing. Small things like that really show who you trust.

I likely forgot something or something I wrote made no sense but it is 3 am and I do not know what I have been doing for the past three days, attempting to type out a cohesive enough explanation is already something. It is raining outside right now, which is pleasant.
